Guidelines for Safe Handling and Storage of Bulk Bags

Guidelines:

  1. Do not stand under the bulk bag during lifting operations.
  2. Please hang the lifting hook in the central position of the lifting strap or rope. Do not lift diagonally, on one side, or pull the bulk bag diagonally.
  3. Do not allow the bulk bag to rub, hook, or collide with other items during operations.
  4. Do not pull the lifting strap outward in the opposite direction.
  5. When using a forklift to handle the bulk bag, do not let the forks come into contact with or pierce the bag to prevent puncturing the bulk bag.
  6. When moving in the workshop, try to use pallets and avoid using lifting hooks to move the bulk bag while swinging.
  7. Keep the bulk bag upright during loading, unloading, and stacking.
  8. Do not stack bulk bags upright.
  9. Do not drag the bulk bag on the ground or concrete surfaces.
  10. If outdoor storage is necessary, the bulk bag should be placed on a shelf and securely covered with opaque tarpaulin.
  11. After use, wrap the bulk bag in paper or opaque tarpaulin and store it in a well-ventilated area.
